CHIEF LEARNING OFFICER

Doug Buce, Chief Learning Officer, leads the external and internal education initiatives at Wells Real Estate Funds. He facilitates the training of over 1,500 financial representatives each year and speaks at national conferences on leadership and cultural development issues.

Prior to joining Wells, Mr. Buce was a managing partner at MacArthur Training, where he developed and facilitated leadership growth programs for The Staubach Company, Sun Microsystems, E-Trade, BellSouth Long Distance, Centennial Healthcare, and Arkansas State University.

Previously, he was the Senior Trainer/Developer at Broadwell Training Institute. Mr. Buce also has directed national brand-building promotions for packaged goods and entertainment companies including Van Melle USA, Turner Broadcasting System, Showtime Movie Channel, and Argus Publishers. He is a recipient of the international WorldPro award for merchandising programs.

Mr. Buce holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and Public Relations from Harding University.
