Chief Sales Officer

Thomas E. Larkin is Chief Sales Officer of Wells Real Estate Funds and CEO and Chairman of Wells Investment Securities, the Dealer-Manager. He manages the Sales Leadership team, which is responsible for all Wells Investment Securities sales functions. He also oversees the distribution of equity investments in the various Wells offerings through a network of broker/dealers and their independent financial representatives, registered investment advisors, and bank broker/dealers.

Prior to joining Wells in 2003, Tom was with Ronald Blue & Co. from 1994 to 2002. During that time, he served in several positions, becoming a Partner in 1995, Vice President of National Branch Management in 1996, and Executive Vice President in 2000. In his various roles, Tom was responsible for approximately 80 financial professionals and helped increase revenue from $8.5 million to $24.4 million. In addition, firm assets under management grew from $630 million to $2.4 billion. Prior to Ronald Blue & Co., he was with Advanced Cardiovascular Systems Inc., where he was a Sales Representative, Southeastern Sales Manager, and eventually Director of Sales.

Mr. Larkin holds a bachelor's degree in Biology from Valparaiso University.
