Wells Real Estate Funds Named One of Atlanta's "Best Places to Work"

Third Appearance in Prestigious Atlanta Business Chronicle Rankings

NORCROSS, Ga. (Sept. 28, 2007) - Wells Real Estate Funds was named today as one of Atlanta's "Best Places to Work" by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. It's the company's third appearance in the newspaper's prestigious annual rankings.

From dozens of firms considered, Wells placed sixth among midsize companies (those with 101 to 500 employees). Wells, a national real estate investment company based in Norcross, employs 345 people in metro Atlanta, and 390 nationwide. The company has been recognized nationally for its benefits programs, including its listing among The Principal "Ten Best Companies for Employee Financial Security" in 2006.
